This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
We may also use similar technologies such as local storage, pixels, tags, software development kits (SDKs), server-side tagging, and other tracking technologies for similar purposes. For simplicity, we refer to all of these technologies in this Cookie Policy as "cookies".
2. Why We Use Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
enable core functionality of the Service;
keep users signed in and maintain sessions;
protect the security and integrity of the Service;
remember user preferences and settings;
understand how the Service is used;
improve performance and user experience;
measure the effectiveness of communications, campaigns, or product usage, where applicable.
3. Types of Cookies We Use
We use the following categories of cookies:
3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are required for the Service to function properly. They may be used to:
enable login and authentication;
maintain secure sessions;
support core navigation and platform functionality;
detect fraud, abuse, or security issues (including by our payment processors);
remember privacy or cookie preferences.
Name (if provided)
Email address
Email address
Account credentials
Any information you choose to provide through the platform (e.g. chat inputs)
These cookies are essential to provide the Service and generally cannot be switched off through our systems.
3.2 Functional Cookies
These cookies help us remember choices you make and provide enhanced functionality, such as:
remembering language or region preferences;
storing interface settings;
improving convenience and usability.
If you disable these cookies, some features may not function as intended.
3.3 Analytics and Performance Cookies
These cookies help us understand how users interact with the Service so we can improve performance, design, and usability. For example, they may help us understand:
which pages or screens are visited;
how users navigate through the Service;
how often features are used;
whether errors or performance issues occur.
These cookies help us improve the Service but are not strictly necessary for its core operation.
3.4 Advertising and Measurement Cookies
These cookies may be used to measure the effectiveness of marketing, communications, or campaigns, and where applicable, to help deliver more relevant advertising or attribution insights.
If used, these cookies may track interactions with the Service across sessions or platforms.
Legal Basis and Consent
Where required by applicable law, we use non-essential cookies only with your consent.
This means:
Strictly Necessary Cookies may be used without consent where they are required for the operation, security, or core functionality of the Service.
Functional, Analytics, and Advertising/Measurement Cookies may be used only after you provide consent, where required by law.
We use a Consent Management Platform (CMP) provided by Consentmanager.net to collect,
record, and manage your cookie consent choices.
You may withdraw or change your cookie preferences at any time through our cookie settings tool.
How You Can Manage Cookies
You can manage your cookie preferences in several ways:
through our cookie banner or consent manager, where available;
through the "Cookie Settings" link or similar preference tool on the Service, where available;
through your browser settings, which may allow you to block or delete cookies.
Please note that blocking or disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality,
performance, or availability of parts of the Service.
First-Party and Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies may be set directly by Coinask ("first-party cookies"), while others may be set by third-party service providers ("third-party cookies") that support the operation, analytics, communications, or measurement functions of the Service.
We also operate a server-side tagging proxy at sgtm.coinask.ai. This proxy is technically hosted in the European Union and may set, read, or proxy certain cookies on a first-party basis on behalf of analytics and advertising providers (for example, to extend cookie lifetimes on browsers that limit third-party cookies). When this happens, the underlying purpose and provider of the data processing remains the same as the corresponding third-party service described in this Policy.
Third-party cookies are subject in part to the privacy and cookie practices of the relevant third parties.
Cookie Duration
Cookies may remain on your device for different periods of time depending on their purpose.
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser or end your session.
Persistent cookies remain on your device for a defined period or until you delete them manually.
The duration of each cookie may vary depending on its purpose and provider.

Cookies Across Domains and Subdomains
Coinask may operate the Service across one or more domains and subdomains, including coinask.ai, chat.coinask.ai, the server-side tagging endpoint sgtm.coinask.ai, and one or more marketing landing pages on related domains.
To provide a consistent experience across these domains and to comply with applicable consent requirements, we use cross-domain consent propagation through our CMP (Consentmanager.net). This means that, where supported by the CMP, the consent choice you make on one of our domains (for example, on a marketing landing page) is recognised when you visit another of our domains (for example, chat.coinask.ai), so that you are not asked to provide consent again for the same purposes.
The technical behaviour of cookies across domains and subdomains may depend on the configuration of the Service, your browser settings, and applicable legal requirements.
Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or the Service.
When we make updates, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this Cookie Policy.
