Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — behavioural analytics: heatmaps, session recordings, and interaction analysis. Clarity captures how users navigate and interact with the platform. Personal data and payment information are automatically masked. Data may be processed in the United States.
Mixpanel (Mixpanel, Inc.) — product analytics: feature usage, event tracking, user cohorts. Data may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Meta Platforms, Inc. — advertising analytics and campaign performance measurement (where applicable).

Postmark — transactional email delivery
Customer.io (Peaberry Software Inc.) — lifecycle email automation and user messaging. Processes email address, user events, and behavioural data to deliver triggered communications. Data may be processed in the United States.
7.5 Consent Management & Tag Infrastructure
Consentmanager.net — consent management platform (CMP). Manages user consent records and cookie preferences in accordance with GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive. Data processed in the EU.
Stape.io — server-side tag management infrastructure. Processes analytics event data server-side before forwarding to destination platforms. Data processed in the EU. ISO 27001 certified, GDPR-compliant with Standard Contractual Clauses.
